Some time ago I added This Week (a video news podcast), but while episodes were being downloaded, I deleted it. Now I get This Week episodes even though I don't want them and there's no place for them in the main screen. Any way I an stop this?

There's a possibility that if you delete a feed while one of it's items is downloading, the item could continue to download. But once the feed is deleted, no more download for that feed will start.
Is it possible that you have a feed filter on?
That did it. I guess I had an audio filter on without knowing it. I switched to no filter then delted the this week subscriptions and all is well again.
