Audio out of sync on internal video player

I love the fact that there is now an internal video player so that I can easily resume where I left off in a video podcast. However, I have noticed that the audio is always out of sync with the video. Any hope of this being fixed?

Audio sync

Can you explain a little bit more under which circumstances this is happening? Is it one or more feeds? Is it only with the internal player?

The internal player is just an embedded version of the external player so I would expect it to have identical capabilities (or bugs).

Thanks for posting.

Good questions. It happens

Good questions. It happens with all video, however, after further review, it seems to have nothing to do with Doggcatcher. I can play the videos outside of Doggcatcher, and I get the same audio sync problem. I'm running a beta version of Android 2.1 on a Samsung Moment, so it probably is related to that. Thanks for your help.

I have the same problem with out of sync audio

I have the same problem with my new Samsung Captivate and it is very irritating. Have no clue if this is true, but I read somewhere that because the Galaxy S phones have such great video that the audio can't keep up with it.

Hope someone somewhere figures this out because it really sucks. The only stuff that is in sync is stuff that I stream directly from the Internet, e.g. YouTube, Fox News, etc.
