Can't find the Add Feeds function

I'm using an HTC Incredible with a 4GB SD card. After installing doggcatcher the only menu options I have available are: Audio, Video, DoggCatcher News and Filter. I've done everything I can think of and cant find the Add Feeds and other options that I see displayed in the DoggCatcher software screen shots.

What am I missing here??
