A problem with the current user interface with DoggCatcher is the progress slider near the bottom of the screen interface. With most modern Android phones going to near edge to edge glass, I find I often inadvertently trigger going to the near end or beginning of the progress slider, depending on how I pick up the phone....my finger brushes the start or end point, my progress in the podcast is lost as it "jumps" to either the beginning or end, losing my place.
The progress slider needs to be "shrunk" a bit, leaving at least 6mm at the beginning and end as a "safety margin" so a finger touch near the edge of the phone's screen doesn't jump the progress slider.
I wish I could attach a screen shot to indicate this to your feature request forum, but there appears to be no way to do that.
I also hit it accidentally when trying to touch Play, Rewind or Forward. Clearly, we are not alone in having trouble with the slider.
A workaround for this issue, is to disable the "Progress/Seekbar" (DC Menu>Settings>Audio Player>Seekbar)
