New episodes not added to categories

New episodes not added to categories

I have a few Dynamic categories setup , at first new episodes were added properly , now it appears to have stopped working.

The older episodes are still there and play correctly , it is just that new ones never get added.

When I check the feed I can see the new episodes.

This is the second time this has started happening , last time I uninstalled the App , wiped the storage folder , installed the App again , entered my Cloud Sync password and everything came back , the categories started working as expected , then it has stopped again.

Older completed episodes

Older completed episodes shouldn't still on the playlist.. check the app's "Auto Downloads" settings (DC Navigation Menu>Settings>Global Feed Options>Auto Downloads) The setting should be set 3 or 5.

Also check the individual feeds you're experiencing new episodes not added to the playlist on the feeds tab.

Press on the particular feed>

Check if the reason new episodes are not being downloaded: Example the "Auto-Download" setting is set to 5 and there is already 5 (New "Blue" or in-progress "Orange") episodes downloaded, you would have to delete/flag as done "Grey" or complete listening/watching the particular episodes so they can be flagged as done by DC and deleted on the next scheduled feed update or increase the "Auto-Download" setting to a higher number (DC Navigation Menu>Settings>Global Feed Options)

Check if the “Auto-Delete Policy” setting is set to "Done", if set to “None” media files will not be automatically downloaded during scheduled feed updates ...change back to “Done Episodes’ (DC Navigation Menu>Settings>Global Feed Options) with this setting media flagged as Done will be deleted during scheduled feed updates.
