On my old Galaxy I used to be able to pause and play from my lock screen. Very important for driving safety. On my new Galaxy with current android OS I cannot do this.
Is the feature still available? How do I set it up?
Thanks!

In DC's settings verify or enable "Respond to Headset" & "Lock screen buttons" (DC Navigation Menu>Settings>Headset/Lockscreen)
In your device security or lock screen settings in addition to (if available on your device) "secure with fingerprint" also enable "Secure with Pin"
Then in your device app settings (Settings>Apps>All Apps>DoggCatcher) Press "Permissions" if disabled...enable "Phone" & "Storage"
Press back button & press "Notifications" if enabled...disable "Block all" & "Show silently"
Press "On the lock screen" change to "Show all notification content"
Worked...and as a bonus, it works for other apps as well.
Thank you!
You're welcome.
