Mazda 3 2015
When I start up the vehicle, my phone auto-connects to bluetooth, the standalone Android Auto starts up, my audio application starts (supposed to be last audio application used, which would always be DoggCatcher, but 50% of the time it starts Play Music instead), the Mazda Infotainment display shows the podcast info and at the bottom is the row of controls. I SWEAR this used to include buttons for previous and next, but now I only see the pause/play toggle. I believe this started a couple weeks ago. I have not had the vehicle in for any updates lately. Does the application control which controls are being sent to the head unit? Anyone else seeing this behavior?
Try restarting DC (DC Navigation Menu>More>Exit) and maybe the Android Auto app also
I have tried that and full device restarts with no success.
It seems for Android Auto..the controls displayed for DC are pause/play and RW/FF
