Android Auto Hyunday Sonata 2016 and Galaxy S5

There are bugs.
1) Steering wheel controls do not control media player. (they do using bluetooth).
2) Play/Pause on touchscreen is confused. It take a couple button pushes to get it to start playing, when I want to turn car off and exit, if I hit pause, it will pause. Then, about 30 seconds later after I have exited car, doggcatcher starts playing again. What seems to do the trick is to just pull the usb cable.

1 - Have you tried any other

1 - Have you tried any other audio apps to see how that compares? DoggCatcher tells android that it can respond to button presses, and then android decides where to receive that presses from. That could be the auto screen itself or other buttons like the hardware buttons on the wheel.
2 - I'll check that one out. Are you using variable speed? If so, can you try 1.0x to see if that makes a difference?

Thanks for posting

As most of my podcast

As most of my podcast listening is in car, and the Doggcatchter Android is less than optimal (selecting shows, lack of steering wheel control, and continues playing after stopping it through Android Auto) I have moved to Pocketcast as it excels in these areas.
