SNI Support?

Doggcatcher does not appear to support SNI. At least my proxy server sees a blank hostname for TLS connections (i.e., missing SNI) coming from Doggcatcher, so I'm forced to use HTTP. It'd be nice to be able to use HTTPS instead. I don't think this is an Android issue as plenty of other Android apps support SNI.

It's probably not supported

It's probably not supported in the older version of apache http client that I'm using. I'm going to be updating to a new version in the futre, and that'll probably resolve this.
