No lite version, had to pay a second time

Hello, I had to reset my phone. Most of my apps reinstalled automatically after the reset. But DoggCatcher did not. I did a google search, and there was some discussion that indicated that if I would install the lite version, DoggCatcher would recognize that I had already purchased the paid version and automatically upgrade me to the paid version. I can't find the lite version in the Play Store, so I just got the paid version and paid again. Doesn't seem right, but for $2.99 it isn't worth my time to mess with it. Hope that you are able to fix this, really annoying. I've been a big fan for a long time, but this is no way to treat loyal customers.

You can just send your original order number to support and we'll get you refunded for the lite version.

No don't post your invoice # here, email support (In the DC Navigation Menu>Report Problem) - Also all app purchases from the Play store including DC Lite/Premium is located here at the my app section of the Play Store URL https://play.google.com/apps or though the Play Store app on your device (Open the app>Press the Hamburger Icon “Top Left of the screen”>Press My Apps>Press “ALL”>scroll down & locate the app>Press & install or update

Thanks for the responses. I'm pretty sure that this was my fault, not yours. After I reset my phone, I went to the "My Apps" section in the Play Store & didn't see DoggCatcher lite and immediately thought that something was wrong. Now when I look, it is indeed there. Sorry for the confusion. No need to refund me, it was my mistake.

Not a problem, if you wish you can still email your invoice number to refund the Lite/premium version of the app
