Purchased through PayPal. Where do I download?

I Purchased through PayPal a while back. Where do I download now? I can't find the old forum.

PayPal DC Updates

DC updates for the app that was previously purchased via PayPal is no longer available, if you have access to the Google Play or Amazon Appstore, purchase the app again then email your PayPal receipt number, email address, purchase date, and your first/last name & also Google Play Store or Amazon Appstore receipt number & email address, purchase date (In the DC Menu>Report problem) Eric will credit your Google Play or Amazon Appstore purchase to your PayPal account
