Stuck on "Getting Started Screen"

I can't seem to get past the app's "Getting Started" screen after launching the app. I see "Auto downloads", "Anonymous usage tracking", and "EULA". No matter what I do to any of these I can not get past this screen. The back button exits the application, so does the home button, while the menu button does nothing as well.

My phone is the Samsung Galaxy Pocket w/ Android 4.0.4

Something must have happened

Something must have happened during the initial install of the app, please try uninstall/re-install of the app, that should resolve the problem.

Once you have subscribed to all the feeds & and configured DC's settings as you would like, run a backup (In the DC Menu>Settings>Backup/Restore?Export)

DC may not have write

DC may not have write access to the SD card on your device, try changing the card or reformat the card.

What happens there, is the

What happens there, is the after you check the box for the eula and say ok, DC will write to the directory that android give us to store application data. If go through that and the eula keeps getting displayed then android isn't letting android write to that directory.

Usually an uninstall and reinstall will fix the directory but that seems to not be the case. That directory must be corrupt since an uninstall is not removing it. One other user had a similar problem a while back and they manually deleted the directory but that requires root access on your device.

If you've got root, we can let you know the directory and you can give it a shot.

Otherwise, I don't think we are going to be able to get it working...we need our application directory to store all your settings. I'd be happy to issue a refund, just send your order# to support at doggcatcher dot com and we'll process the refund.

Sorry for the bad news.

OK, so I managed to fix it. I just randomly tapped at the bottom of the screen and it eventually exited for me. Does it typically close on its own once you accept the EULA?

Nope, there's an ok or accept

Nope, there's an ok or accept button underneath the place where you accept the eula. Was that button not there?

I changed the layout of that screen recently, maybe it doesn't display on all devices.
