App freezes on Audio tab

The app is freezing and NOT working every since I changed phones to an HTC One. When I click on Audio tab and start a podcast (CorbettReport latest episode on Noam Chomsky) the filter drop down flashes between 2 different options. I can get it to play, but not stop, rewind, and not every time. The menu button ceases to function and I cant move to another tab or anything.

DoggCatcher version 1.2.4035 on HTC One with HTC sense 4.1, Android version 4.0.4 and it has PLENTY of storage space.

I use this app daily (thank you) and now I cant use it at all! Please help.

It sounds like the installation of the app is corrupt. That's pretty rare but it does happen. Can you try doing a backup (in the DC menu), then uninstall, re-install, and restore from backup.

Uninstalled, reinstalled several times

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it keeps doing the same thing. The Lite FREE app does the same. It only happens on the AUDIO tab. I am not familiar with the restore feature so I have been adding my feeds manually over and over and over.

Hmm, ok, can you please send a log (in the dc menu) right after the problem happens. I may be able to tell what's happening from there.

Virtual Feedthe cause?

I have been experimenting with adding and removing feeds. Over the last day or so it has worked fine. Then I added a virtual feed of mp3 from the sdcard and within a day it was flickering again. I am not sure if this is the cause but it seems a possibility.

It's baaaccckk - App freezes

So I no longer use a virtual feed because of this problem and now even without it, when I tried to fast forward a regular podcast it jammed int he same way. It has been fine since I removed the virtual feed until I tried to fast forward. Unfortunately, the only remedy is to uninstall and reinstall, afterwhich I have to delete all the default feeds and add all my own, which takes an hour.

Can I go back 1 version to see if recent changes are causing this? Where can I get previous versions of the product?

Send another log right after

Send another log right after the app freezes, this time install aLogcat (free) or Log Collector app (Available in the Google Play Store) and email the log to "support (AT) doggcatcher (DOT)com"

App freezes on Audio tab

The problem came back this morning and I sent 2 logs. One from DoggCatcher directly and the other from Log Collector - which didnt let me specify that I just wanted DoggCatcher. Not sure if that will help.
