Add skip foward and back to Lock screen

While listening to podcasts I often want to skip forward or back 10-30s. I can configure that nicely for when my phone us unlocked, but when I really want to be able to do this is when the phone is locked.

Please enable skipping forward and back on the lock screen. Ideally I'd like these as well as the existing previous and next podcast buttons on the lock screen, otherwise an option to have either would be ok.

You can change the headset

You can change the headset button mappings in DC settings - headset / headset buttons. Currently, only two buttons can be present on the lockscreen but we'll add more once the android framework lets us do that.

Thanks for posting.

Excellent thanks! This is

Excellent thanks! This is such a great product.

I just didn't expect to see lock screen settings appearing under Headset (bluetooth/wired). Some slight UI change needed?

Well those settings actually

Well those settings actually do control the headset buttons too. Android treats the lock screen just like a headset.

I just moved the lock screen preference into the headset area of settings and relabeled some of the settings to include lock screen.

Thanks for posting.

Hi

Hi
I also used this feature a lot and like it. But it seems not to work in the Android 5.0 lock screen. No matter how I configure the lockescreen/headset buttons in DC, they skip to next podcast instead of fastforward x seconds. I hope you can fix this, or let me know if something changed in the settings for this.
Keep up the good work.

Yep, 5.0 changed that. The

Yep, 5.0 changed that. The lock screen buttons are gone, and have been replaced with a 'notification'. You can expand the notification by dragging on it. That will show the expanded view that has more action buttons on it, like rew/ff.
