Alt. long press jumps & variable speed moved to left

I would like an alternate time jump amount when long pressing forward/back buttons. That way I can short press for short jumps and long press for longer jumps

I often press the "finish/mark as done" button when changing speeds. I think this could be fixed by moving the variable speed button to the left side.
