Please add only on X SSID to Feed Updates/Downloads on WiFi

Hi all,
My idea is for Updates & Downloads only on WiFi to only occur on certain SSIDs (ie Network Names)

I would love to be able to restrict this only to occur when connected to the jjhouse network, but not when connected to a mobile wifi hotspot (where data is metered) or work (where data is also metered & monitored).

Currently the only ways I have to stop DoggCatcher doing this is to exit the application if i notice it running (unreliable), temporarily freeze the app in titanium backup and then defrost it when i get home (but then i can't listen to podcasts either) or disable it's connectivity altogether with Juice Defender (this is useful if i'm away from home for several days)

Does anybody have any other ideas or apps that I could use to achieve the same aim? I'm not even sure if this is technically possible in android - it's an idea anyway.
