Hide empty podcasts

Hi,

to keep things tidier, if there are no unread items in a feed can these be collapsed & hidden automatically - similar to Downcast on ios.

Hide Done Episodes

Open any feed on DC's feeds screen, press hide done episodes (3rd Icon Top right of the screen)

Hide Done

The hide done episodes option is also in DC's preferences under user interface (In the DC Menu)
