"This is not supported audio or video", though files are mp3!?

When adding this feed to Doggcatcher, the feed shows up fine, but when downloading the files it won't play them. It says "This is not supported audio or video", though files are mp3 audio files!?

Feed: http://minverden.dk/footcast

The feed URL is basically a

The feed URL is basically a news feed, if you look at the URL in a browser, there are no MP3 file URL's
just links to soundcloud.com to download podcast from the site.

If you want, you can download the each file from http://soundcloud.com/tipsbladet or from http://www.tipsbladet.dk/footcast, then create a virtual feed to playback on DC (see user guide http://www.doggcatcher.com/node/1810) or contact the publisher to fix the feed
( http://www.tipsbladet.dk/kontakt )

It downloads the files fine

It downloads the files fine and the link in the feed is a link to a mp3 file. I just tried to play the files downloaded in a musicplayer and they play fine.
It seems that DoggCatcher don't recognize the file as an mp3 file, though it is marked as one by 'type="audio/mpeg"' in the rss feed.

I just tested it in BeyondPod and Podkicker and it works fine there. I believe this might be a bug.

Just checked the headers from the downloadlink and they also specify the file as an audio/mpeg, actually there's an filename included:

Agreed, we should get this

Agreed, we should get this fixed, I created an issue for it - http://mantis.snoggdoggler.com/view.php?id=1499

DC uses the filename in the url to determine the file type. This works in the vast majority of cases, but not this one :-)

We can use the "type" to help identify in this case.

Thanks for posting.

The DoggCatcher create a file name "quatroemcampo1_121207.mp3&materiaId=759847&categoriaId=2003".

The responses header (from Chrome) are:
