Audio resumes on loudspeaker after Phone Call

Hey guys, love the App its amazing the only problem i seem to have is if i'm listening to a podcast via standard headphones and i get a phone call, i remove the headphones to take the call but once i end the call the podcast resumes on the load speaker, which can be quite embarrassing at work!!

I have Sony Xperia S running ICS and i.m running DC version 1.2.3638

I have had this problem before but no resolution was came to back when i was running gingerbread
