I purchased last November, but recently I switched to another phone and had to redownload all my apps. I can't figure out how to access the paid version of Doggcatcher. Will I have to pay for it again?

If you purchased on the google market, it will be in your 'downloads' area of the market app. Once you buy the app, it's associated with your google acct and you won't need to repurchase.
