Is it true that the new version of Doggcatcher isn't in the
(european) Android market?
It does say there is a update but doesn't download anything.
I'm now on version 1.0.419
Anyone any idea?
Of can i download the apk anywhere?

Unfortunately only the most recent version of the beta (419), which is free, is available for users outside of US/UK/Germany/Austria.
Which country are you in? You can check and see when your country will have access to paid apps which is where the current version of DoggCatcher is.
I'll update the message that you get when you start the beta, it doesn't cover at all what I just described.
I updated the upgrade message in the beta to reflect this discussion.
