Being able to add my own long-form audio and have it picked up by DoggCatcher

Sometimes I'm sitting at a computer and some particular podcast or long audio file comes away. I don't really want to subscribe to the podcast (it might not even be part of a regular podcast), but I'd like to be able to copy it to a specific point in the card's directory structure and have it noticed by and playable by DoggCatcher.

As far as I'm concerned, it can be some hard-wired location; just someplace to put it is what I want.

Thanks for listening!

android music player

As much as I want you to use doggcatcher, it sounds like the andriod music player may be better suited to your needs at the moment. Someone else mentioned that the andriod music player scans a folder called music on the sd card and adds the media to music player. I have not confirmed this but you may want to check it out.

Let us know if it works.
