When I preview the TATW podcast, it is up to date as of 399, but I only see up to 245 when I subscribe. I found this post on this topic

but I'm not sure if I'm experiencing the same issue. I cannot find the "always sort" option. I have set the feed to sort by oldest first, but it just puts 245 at the bottom instead of the top. Thanks for the help!
Yep, always sort was renamed.
Try enabling the feed option 'full fetch' and sort by 'newest first'. I just tested that out and it works fine.
I think if you run the feed diagnostics by long pressing on a feed, it might be able to detect that that feed is sorted incorrectly.
I'm probably going to make the full fetch the default pretty soon.
