Automatically put episodes as first song in a playlist

I have a question about DoggCatcher's playlists. (I haven't yet purchased DoggCatcher, I'm wondering if it does what I want it to.) Nearly every podcast app allows you to create some kind of playlist. However, usually that's not a real playlist (like one that you'd create in a music program); it's just a lineup of episodes that exists exclusively in the podcast app. I'd like all downloaded podcasts to be added to a real playlist.

I'm wondering if DoggCatcher has this feature. I'm asking because I'm using an app called AlarmDroid, which allows you to set a music playlist as an alarm. So, I'd like a podcast app that automatically downloads the most recent episode of a podcast, then adds it to the top of a playlist so that that episode is played when the alarm goes off the next morning.

Would this be possible to do with DoggCatcher? Thanks in advance!

DC doesn't have the ability

DC doesn't have the ability to integrate with an external player via a playlist, which is what I think you're asking for. You want alarmdroid to start the android media player via a playlist the dc would create right?

I just created an account to let you know that I also think this is the killer feature that would make me buy the app.

The ideal podcatcher for me would be one that downloads episodes (and deletes old ones as per the rules I assign) then generates m3u files on a per podcast basis allowing me to listen to the podcasts in my player of choice.
