I have DoggCatcher Beta installed on My G1....but due to a problem with the phone it's being replaced. I don't see the beta anywhere on the marketplace and would like to move it to my new phone so I can continue experimenting with it. Am I just out of luck?

There are other options for capturing applications from the phone but I don't want to go into too many details on that topic.
