Hide Done Items not working

I've been using Dogg Catcher since last summer without any problems but now finished podcasts still appear in my playlist. I've double checked that "Hide dine items" is checked in preferences but they continue to show up in my playlist.

DETAILS:
DoggCatcher Version: 1.1.1881
Device: HTC Evo 4G
Android Build: 3.70.651.1
Carrier: Sprint

Done items in playlist

I just want to confirm I understand correctly. Are you seeing done items on the playlist screen? If so, then that's a bug.

The hide done will only hide items on the screen for a feed, so it won't have any effect on what's displayed in the playlist...but you shouldn't have any done items in there anyways (unless I've got a bug there).

That is correct. When a

That is correct. When a podcast finishes playing it remains on the playlist for some amount of time. They do eventually go away but I haven't played with it enough to give you any better detail.

Auto play

Ok, so I'm guessing this happens when auto-play is enabled and you're on the audio screen while auto-play play through multiple items....sound right?

I seldom have auto-play

I seldom have auto-play enabled. The typical scenario where I'm using doggcatcher is I put on my headphones, hit the AUDIO button, select the podcast at the top of the playlist, and put my headphones away when that podcast is over. The next time I want to listen to a podcast I do the same thing again. What has been happening lately is that when I start the podcast that's at the top of the playlist I'm listening to the same podcast I listened to the last time.

This only started happening a few weeks ago. I did not reporting it when I first experienced it because I'm lazy and did not want to take the time to analyse the problem and submit a complete and thorough bug report. I figured I couldn't be the only one experiencing this problem and assumed someone else would report it and it would be fixed. I had considered deleting and reinstalling before asking for help here but chose this route since I don't know what's involved in re-installing a paid app.

Any help you can offer would be great and if there's anything I can do to help you fix it please let me know.

Thanks!

Confirmed

I've got someone else reporting the same thing. I can see what's happening now.

I created an issue for this - http://mantis.snoggdoggler.com/view.php?id=824

Thanks for reporting the bug.

That's a bug

I haven't had anyone else report that yet.

Can you do me a favor and right after it happens the next time, send a log (in the dc menu) with the title of the item that you expect to play and the title of the one that actually plays and I'll check it out.

Thanks for reporting the problem.

I'll do that. It may be a

I'll do that. It may be a day or two as I don't get to listen to podcasts everyday.

To clarify the issue I'm seeing the titles do correlate with the audio; it's just that the last podcast I finished listening to is not being removed from the play list.
