weird problem with a feed

I'm experiencing a strange behavior with this particular feed: http://feeds.feedburner.com/dixo-fernanda-tapia

I have almost all episodes (except for the last 3) marked as Done. However, when it updates, I see all of the episodes marked as being downloaded. Then some of the episodes (whether their status is Done or New) get marked as incomplete and others as complete. What I'm seeing is that, for example, if the latest episode is 11MB, all episodes that are <=11MB are marked as complete and all >11MB are marked as incomplete.

Then, regardless of which episode I listen to, I hear only the latest one.

Looking at the feed, the URL looks like this:

I assume DoggCatcher is just getting the "redirect.mp3" name and isn't saving the file with the proper (redirected) name.
