Using 30 second skip creates incredibly long delays, and freezes/crashes application

Good morning,
I am currently using v1.1.1740 of Doggcatcher, and I've been having a problem for a long time, and it finally got to a level of frustration so high I had to come here to ask for some help figuring this out. I use Doggcatcher only for podcasts. During different segments of a podcast, I want to skip ahead 30 seconds. I hit the button a handful of times today, as an example, and the application froze, and then eventually crashed. In the past it just takes a loooong time to finally start playing the podcast again. How can I provide logs, etc. to the development team so they can look into this? Thank you.

Skipping

You can send a log in the dc menu right after it happens, with a description of what happened and I'll take a look.

DC uses an embedded android media player so when you're pressing ff, it's just passing that along to the android player. Chances are something's going wrong in the player.

But send me your log just in case it's dc that misbehaving and I'll check it out.

Re: 30 second skip

Have you configured Skip Seconds in Preferences to 30?
That way you'll only need a single touch.

@JNavas: Yes. @Eric: Thank

@JNavas: Yes.

@Eric: Thank you. If/when it happens again, I'll submit a bug. I've already located the option in DC, so I know where to go at the appropriate time.
