Download on 3G
From time to time, I'm away from wifi for days and my favorite podcasts wouldn't download. It totally makes sense since I have download on WIFI+Power checked. But I had to have "WIFI" checked because otherwise it would download content on 2G network as well.
When there is ongoing data transmission on 2G, all incoming calls go straight to voicemail. There's a very good chance that you'll miss a call during 2G download.
If there's are check boxes like "WIFI/3G only", "WIFI only" and "WIFI/3G/2G", it would actually makes my life a little easier.
P.S. I'm not sure if the same is true with EVDO/CDMA phones, but I'm referring to GSM/UMTS ones.

I suggest at least changing the "On WiFi" preference to multiple choice:
( ) Wi-Fi only
( ) Wi-Fi or 3G only
( ) Wi-Fi, 3G or 2G
Even better would be separate options for video, audio, and news:
On News Audio Video
Wi-Fi [ ] [ ] [ ]
3G [ ] [ ] [ ]
2G [ ] [ ] [ ]
p.s. Correct spelling is "Wi-Fi" (not "WiFi").
