Podcast fails after 5 trys

The following podcast works fine in ITunes but fails after 5 tries in doggcatcher.

Cannot connect

I'm getting connections failures to the media but only from android devices. It works fine on a pc browser. I'm sorry I can't offer more help, I don't know why connections would be refused based on the device that's connecting.
