Suspend wifi downloading while bluetooth is engaged
I have had this happen with two android phones now. It seems that when I have my headset on and the wi-fi is downloading the audio gets choppy. (If someone else has also noticed the same issue please chime in) It would be nice to suspend all downloads while bluetooth headset is engaged so it only synchronizes when it wont interrupt my feed.
That's interesting. I have been using bluetooth a bit lately while I'm working on ff/rew and I notice a one or two second quiet spot every few minutes. I didn't associate the problem with wifi, but it's possible. I'll try it without wifi and see if it resolves.

I've experienced the same problem. Sometimes, however, I've had no problem. When I had the audio problems I was streaming audio from Pandora via wi-fi. When the audio was fine I think I may have just been listening to music saved to the SD, even though I had Wi-Fi enabled.
I have recently experienced the problem pretty consistently even during periods when I turned off wifi and gps. So I'm not seeing any correlation between the blueooth quiet periods and the wifi/gps.
Is anyone else seeing the problem go away when wifi is turned off?
