Integrated Video Player
I have yet to locate an external video player w/ the features I desire done well ... I'd love the video playing to be more integrated in the snogg experience. I.e., bookmarking, knowing when I am 'done', consistent control scheme w/ the core app.
I'm guessing that this is low on your list, but I think it would make the app feel much more complete if you could pull it off.

I've played around with integrating a video player. The thing that's going to be the most problematic is the memory usage, particularly when streaming. Android apps have very little memory to work with so it's pretty likely that someone with a lot of feeds trying to stream video is going to run into problems. I haven't figured out how to deal with that aspect of it yet.
It's going to be much more likely to work with newer devices, the droid gives 24mb and the nexus one probably does too...maybe this would only be enabled on those newer devices.
