Is it possible to run Snoggdoggler without any maintenance? In other words, when I have listened to a pod, it gets automatically removed without me doing anything?

Is there a setting where it
Is there a setting where it will NOT delete a pod once it has been listened to? That is, say I wanted to listen to something for a 2nd time, but by then it is no longer available to download from the feed again? I realize this means I would have to delete each one manually, but that's okay.

That thread talks about removing items when the number of items goes beyond a set number.
However, I am talking about deleting a item automatically when I have listened to it, regardless of how many items are stored under that podcast.
Does an item become "flagged as done" when I have listened to it; not when it is done downloaded?
