Newbie needing podcast help

I need this to play two diff podcasts and I don't know how, was wondering if you could help. The first one is from www.texags.com, the URL from the last episode is http://media.texags.com/audio/bh_20100819.mp3 , when I tried adding to my list it never went through, saying there was some kind of error. The other one is my podcasts on the ESPN Radio App, any guidance you could provide would be much appreciated.

TexAgs does not seem to

TexAgs does not seem to provide an RSS feed.

As for ESPN, just search for it in the directory.
