How to Manually Delete an Individual Podcast Episode?

I have Podcasts loaded in DoggCatcher for which there are certain episodes that I don't have any interest in. I would like to be able to individual delete them from my queue listings for the podcasts. For example, if I subscribe to the "Radio Atlantic" podcast and select it from the "All Feeds" screen, ten episodes potentially display. I may have no interest in a few of those episodes. How do I delete them from the queue?

Manually Delete an Individual Podcast Episode

See FAQ post "Long Press Action & Delete/unsubscribe to a feed/podcast" http://www.doggcatcher.com/node/6694

Press the “Context” button (Three Vertical Dots or Hamburger right of the Episode Title) on the “Episode” screen of the particular feed
From the dialog box ..select "Delete audio/video file" also flag the episode done.. to prevent the episode being downloaded again on the next scheduled feed update.

Manually Delete individual podcast episodes

I attempted this technique. I'm listening to a Podcast where episodes 342-345 are the newest releases but I'm also listening to back episodes in chunks. I've listened to everything from 200-342 and I'd like to clear those out so I don't have to scroll through almost 150 episodes to get to the older ones. I was able to select all the episodes with the long press action and I hit the trash can and had a window pop up with "are you sure yes/no" and when I selected yes a notification window popped up that said "Deleted Media Files for Selected Episodes" and then nothing happened - they're all still there. Refreshing the feed(s) made no difference, nor either did rebooting the phone.

Please see my posted

Please see my posted responses to this article "Auto delete done episodes." http://www.doggcatcher.com/node/6268

"When episodes are completed" http://www.doggcatcher.com/comment/15546#comment-15546 regarding episodes states (Deleted or Downloaded) & "Hide Done Episodes" http://www.doggcatcher.com/comment/15550#comment-15550 Regarding feed metadata (Episode titles & Show notes) & the option to hide completed/deleted episodes

Use the long press action again for the particular feed, but this time press the check icon box to flag the episode done so the episodes won't be redownloaded again.
