Track info (ID3 tag) on bluetooth display

Hello,

I'm not entirely sure if this is a DC issue, so apologies if it's not. :)

I recently had a bluetooth hands free kit installed in my car, which has a display for showing among other things, music track info (presumably ID3 tags.) Sadly, while playing podcasts, the display shows track info of whatever the music player happens to be set to rather than what DC is playing, even though the music player isn't running. All other functions work fine - I can stream the podcasts, control them with the FF/RW buttons etc, just the display is wrong. Should this work? Does DC transmit track metadata?

Thanks,
Adam

Ok, thanks Wayne. At least I know it's not an issue with the car kit.
