I have had the Doggcather app for around a year and have never had an issue.
Ever since I updated the app to 1.2.4010 I have been experiencing audio playback issues. During playback of anything in the application, the audio consistently cuts out for for a split second and then returns. It may also make an audible "pop" sound. This happens every 3-5 seconds and has made listening through the integrated audio player unbearable.
I have this problem when playing through the phone speakers and through my typical setup of a Bluetooth headset. When I play the audio through any other audio player there is not problem in the playback at all. I have since set the Doggcather app to play through an external player.
I have changed ROMs and GApps and this problem still remains. I am currently running:
Model: SCH-i535
Android: 4.2.2
Carbon ROM: JB-v1.5
Build: JDQ39
Try disabling the "Haptic Feedback" & "Auto Haptic" options in the S3's sound settings
Thank you for your prompt response. I am still having the playback problems after disabling those options.
No problem, does this happen on all feeds or just a specific feed?
Sorry I did not use the reply function and just posted a response to your previous question. There is not a delete feature on the forums so I will just let you know twice; It happens with all feeds.
No problem, turn on "Auto Haptic" again & long press on the setting, then uncheck DC & Presto. That should resolve the problem, I forgot to read the FAQ post on this

Thank you for the link. Those settings are different for me as I am using a custom ROM. I will have to find out how to access these settings through the altered GUI. If I still have problems I will report back. Thank you for your help.
You're welcome
