I am unable to download today's Tony Kornheiser Show podcast:

and found that both segments have the same file name.
These show up as one segment in doggcatcher which then fails
to download.
I attempted to correct this by checking the "Make Filenames Unique"
box, but that doesn't seem to help.
I am able to listen to both segments using Wizz RSS in Firefox.

For those items in that feed, both the filename and the title are identical, so there isn't any way for DC to tell that they are different.
In order for DC to manage what items are new/expired/on disk, I use the combination of the filename and title.
The item descriptions do vary here but DC isn't currently capable to using that to determine uniqueness.
I've never seen a feed do this before. Even the earlier items in that feed have different titles for the different segments. I wonder if this is just a one time thing for them or if they have changed the way they will be producing the feed in the future.
I wrote the webmaster at ESPN 980 and asked them to add part 1 and part 2 to the file names, which fixed the problem from their end.
